Certified Agile Leadership Training (CAL)
Taught by Scrum Alliance Certified Trainers (CSTs), this course will establish that Agile Leadership is the foundation for Organizational Agility. During this course we’ll help leaders understand what it will take to be a successful Agile Leader within an Agile organization and provide them with the tools they need to achieve true Organizational Agility.

Preparing for the course:
Each attendee is assumed to have basic knowledge of Scrum. To help assure that everyone is on the same page, it is expected that everyone will take some time to review the current 17-page Scrum Guide located at:
It is also assumed that everyone will review the Agile Manifesto and associated Principles prior to the workshop.
What You Receive
Each participant who engages fully in the workshop will be awarded the Scrum Alliance CAL certification.
About the instructor: Kate Megaw, CST, CAL, PMP
Kate Megaw, PMP, CAL, CST® is an IT professional with over 15 years of industry experience. Kate holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Information Management from The Queen’s University of Belfast, Northern Ireland. She has her PMP and her CST® certifications. Kate is the President with The Braintrust Consulting Group, a provider of complete project management services for a wide range of software related projects. With a background in project management and training, Kate has spent much of her career managing and leading teams for global companies like XcitekSolutionsPlus (XSP). She has founded and grown several community organizations such as Birmingham International Association of Microsoft Certified Partners (IAMCP), Agile Birmingham and TechBirmingham’s suite of TechMixer Events. In addition Kate has served as Vice President for Professional Development for PMI Birmingham. Kate has 13 years’ experience in the training industry, working for Microsoft Gold Certified Training Partners in both the UK and USA. She has worked with numerous organizations to support their training needs, whether it be ongoing training for their teams or support during new software rollouts.
Refunds will be issued for cancellations greater than 10 days from the start of the course. For cancellations 10 days or less from the start of the course, no refunds will be issued or changes allowed.
All classes are not guaranteed to run. Classes can be cancelled due to low enrollment or any unforeseen reason.
